Easy check in for service. Better working area needed, with a desk and separated from the main showroom which was noisy. WiFi was poor. Service took too long considering a time slot had been booked and very little work done.

I know the recall was for an airbag check but was it actually replaced? I also know the clip that holds the handbrake cable is broken, allowing the cable to rub on the propshaft.. It is an easy visual check, and a well known problem but was missed.

Service appeared good but within a few hours one of my tyres was deflating. I filled it up with air and a few days later I ended up in a tyre garage somewhere else having a nail pulled out. The bolt almost certainlycame from the BMW garage!

Only customer service received was with after sales manager at Chelmsford who tried to rectify the issue and was very apologetic. This was only after I had requested a call back from him. The previous customer service rep was an ill informed person!

We have recieved the car back and the ID has disapeared , we cant remotely log on - so will have to set that all up again. Iits obviosuly been rebooted but this wasnt relaoded or told to us - very disapointing as a experience.

Overly complex booking and pricing system. Price not quoted at online booking, had to phone. Difficult to get through to the garage on the phone. Quotes for extra work very expensive compared to Independant garages.
